Kent just has no clue “If you are caught deliberately cheating the salary cap, I don’t care to what extent, it’s all over.” So any team that breaches that cap is doing it knowingly so it is deliberate Kent ya goof... But if you want to go down that path I hope alot of teams get picked up now....
