Parramatta , it's in between Blacktown and Homebush.
No where to build no vacant land . Full of bloody apartment blocks . Then again could have built it on Rosehill Race Course O know thats right they want that for more apartments

If you've got it. I just meant where in Parra could they build what they now have in Kellyville? I can't think of a spot in Parra where this could be located.
Not 100% on if viable or not, but what about Parramatta Gaol? Not sure if still in use or big enough to fit all that is needed. But is down the street from the stadium.
