Not sure if you know how TPAs actually work buddy , but as long as no one who is officially linked to the club ans are not involved then it is 100% legal and the NRL can't do a thing.
If a business person wants to offer a player a investment opportunity who can stop him ? Perhaps you should go and ask the people who run Parramatta why they can't take advantage of having the 2nd largest CBD in nsw with $9b worth of property developers and construction companies.
Perhaps go ask the two bit CEO we have what has he done to make Parramatta a attractive destination for players and more importantly why he can't attract business people to help Parramatta so they can compete with the top clubs.
But it's always easier to just say the opposition are cheating rather than saying why our club can't tske advantage of the resources they have and admitting we have bottom of the barrell people running the club.
Don't underestimate Kelly, yes he has been rocks and diamonds, but you have to remember he was playing for a team that were rocks and diamonds. Under Ryles coaching I think he will be a very good buy.

GC don't seem to be in any rush to keep him infact they probably want him moved to make way for something better they have coming. We have to be serious here.By the looks of things we don't have anyone worth while to add hence why we are looking at Kelly.
Richie just needs to stay fit before anyone can pass a proper judgement on his future. The good thing for outside backs is that they can be ready for the nrl by 18-20 years old. So I am going to watch the junior grades when they start very intently. Rokusuka, Bloomfield, Moala and Sorovi are chances. They are only 18 and 19 years old in 2026.

Well said.
The Dogs are already on the radar of a few clubs who aren't to happy with how quiet the NRL are in relation to Dogs salary cap.
I don't think Ryles wanted to replace Lomax like for like, he doesn't want to spend big money on Wingers.
How can they afford him 🤔

Kelly has higher potential that Russel. Hopefully with JAC and JR he finds consistency with his defence and handling errors
EA, is Richie the future or do you think he won't go far and there is someone like Rokosuka who is the future.
Also, what happened to Lachlan Vella, he could have been a future Centre talent.
