Based on this case and the W Chambers case V Manly, I have no doubt Evans will play now.

  • Yer mate got off, Kane Evans is using the same defence council. He is up in a hours time there saying. Canberra bloke is up now

    • Cheers for the update Shawny

      • Yer sorry think he’s using the same as the Canberra bloke now, and thanks for the useful information as well

    • canberra lost there case...there coach is a joke supporting the crabby pom..

  • Thank you for updates .  We need him .

  • Agree, but why are we only going for a down grade?  JWH tackled looked far worse than Evans.

    • Judiciary is more inclined to accept a downgrade. You're not arguing that your client didn't make contact with the head, just that it's not worth a grade two.

      • Which tackle was worse in your opinion Super?  Just interested in your opinion.  Either way, it is just ridiculous that players are now expected to miraculously pull out of tackles of smaller or falling players.

  • Kane’s 1st point of contact is the shoulder, a grade 2 is rediculous. Who knows what the judiciary will do but missing a final for a head high tackle which is a secondary impact is laughable.
