😃😀😃 I've always said he wasn't worh keeping. Iongi could beat blaze on one leg, and Blaze has limited potential positions with his lack of pace.
Those who thought we should keep blaze as a centre or fb are kidding themselves. He's too slow for any back position. Bradman best and others tore blaze a new arse hole
Maybe a 7, but that's a specialist position that requires years of kicking practice and a background of steering teams around the park.

Not to blow my own trumpet but I called this the second he signed. He's got some good traits but lots to work on still. No way he just slots into Luai's vacant spot. Perhaps one day.
I reckon he gets 14 or a wing spot that is it at Penrith.
Surely Penrith are not hard up for wingers and how could you even contemplate him as a 14?
LB, do you actually think he has some right to be in the penrith side, he had no right being in our 3rd rate backline last year.
No he hasn't got a right to be in a team, no player does. But Penrith are invested in Talagi as they did buy him for a reason. Talk of shoulder injury and defence needs work, they will feel his talent is worth it enough to try and develop him and he could get a look in on the Wing if/when injuries happen. Even perhaps playing Fullback during Origin if Laurie is in the halves.
Now Cole has been named it wont be a case of once Talagi gets his defence up to scratch he is the 6, Cole has the spot for as long as he wants now. If Penrith go on a run, which is more likely, Cole will keep his spot.
Penrith have in the past named Daine Laurie as a 14 to cover some backline spots, Talagi can do that as well and might be able to get a 14 spot at some point during the year.
But also, i did not say he must get a spot, i said i reckon he would eventually.
