I don't think we will get a**e f***ked. There is too much precedent set by the judiciary this year for Paulo not to receive a downgrade. A grade 2 will mean two weeks with carry over points.

There's a possible downside to arguing for the correct outcome but I can't see the panel members, who are ex-football players rubbing him out for 3 weeks on this over-blown charge. And especially when they view him up close with all his well-mannered chubby cheeked innocence. He's a big chance to beat the rap!
Hope you're right. I haven't paid too much attention with what has happened at the judiiary this year as we haven't had too many players there.
