Of course he'll refuse to answer questions. He's not the smartest tool in the shed and could incriminate himself.

Its now reported that he actually handed himself into police.
And they've charged him with agrravated sexual assault (reportedly), and not released him on bail.
Lol.
I think Hayne getting off is what got him in this situation in the first place.
Consequences sure, although I doubt a hanging is in order...
