I'm really hoping JR can bring out the best in him.. A few mates that follow the Sharks state he is a real workhorse - but has handling errors. Anyone heard any different?

It's a shuttle run up and back from 50 m; then back to try line and back again done a dozen times and players are timed. It's meant to be done at good pace.
Our old coach used to get us to do it over the entire field; run 10m, then back to try line then the 20m, and so on all the way to the the end of field and back again. From memory that was abt 1200 m and we had to do it a few times. Killed us.
The Bronco Test is a running fitness test used in rugby league and rugby union to assess aerobic capacity. It's a shuttle run test that involves running back and forth between markers at 20, 40, and 60 meters, completing five sets as quickly as possible:
Place markers at 0 meters, 20 meters, 40 meters, and 60 meters
Run from 0 meters to 60 meters, then back to 0 meters
Run from 0 meters to 40 meters, then back to 0 meters
Run from 0 meters to 20 meters, then back to 0 meters
Repeat five times
The Bronco Test is a common test used by elite teams in both rugby codes. It's easy to set up and time, and can be completed by large groups of players in different positions. However, the data is highly context-specific and the test is only a general aerobic-based test.
Ryley Smith fittest overall. Williams the fittest forward.

Could Ryley push for a bench spot this season? Or is it a bit too early as he has only played a few cup games - appears to the makings of a great dummy half, major strength is his running game something we haven't had for a long time
"Commitment doesnt just mean competing on the field. Lomax had personal ambitions on and off the field. Theres no secret amongst the league he marches to the beat of his own drum.
He still wanted to play centre. Hes the only person in the rugby…"
"Maybe he need's you as his Manager Randolph....about time you did something positive and good, rather than disapearing behind that BONG!
Sort of says something about you as well, going to some effort to "white ant" seems a little too familiar!"
"Old School Eel I was identifying that when he was 21 and said at the time someone has to mentor him on the finer attributes of being idenfied as a champion......My Fair Lady Territory....education and speech.....we all knew he could dance!"
"We have gone past that Wiz. His communication skils would make it be very difficult (people skills also fit) to be a Head coach. A talent scout or specialist fits definately within his realms."

Used to be called Suicides, but probably can't use that word in this modern world.

He is pretty quick. Maybe if we have a top 30 spot left and cant find the right recruit they might bump him up.
Its been confirmed he smashed the time record for the Bronco run.
