According to Triple M, the Bulldogs are interested in Israel Folau for the 2014 season. CEO Todd Greenberg has said, "Like I've said on another of high-profile athletes if we're not talking or suggesting or linked to someone like that then we're not doing our job so we'll be looking at all options."
From that it is clear that the Bulldogs haven't said no to Israel Folau and are leaving all options open. Which was the line uttered by Folau when he signed for the Waratahs.

I get a feeling Des Hasler has a few skeletons in the closet...he left Manly in rather sudden circumstances

Sticky talked about Izzy the other day and said they get on well there are no hard feelings its all good.
If he makes the aussie team in union his price will skyrocket
actually you're all wrong. A good friend of mine is a massive RU fan said the tahs will resign Falou for another two years and HE won't go to NRL
Are you sure about that? My mail is that he has signed with the Rabbits.
Folau belongs at a Scummy club like the Dawgs.
I was told he has already signed for them some time ago. The waratahs deal was always just a stop-gap solution for him.
