Going by the current form and ladder positions at this stage, you would expect the Sharks to finish above the Eels. Both teams have 17 games remaining, the Eels have 10 games against the current top 8 sides and the Sharks only have 6.
The top 4 are locked in, not sure what to make of the cows so far they could easily drop out of the 8 - tigers could go on run and have players coming back
Like I was saying to Browny in the other thread, over the last six years, there's only been 1 or 2 changes at the most every year to the top eight from round 6. I see no reason that would change this year. Cowboys are probably the most under threat.
67% of the NRL seasons over the last 24 years since 1998 - only 1 or 2 changes happen to the top eight set at round 6. And It's evolving to become more like that.
