  • All home grounds are advantages to the home team. However, no team is invincible on their home ground. The difference will be IF the referees do their job correctly and allow the Eels to play their game and then they're in with a big chance.
  • Yes their massive fan base in Melbourne will fill the stadium and cheer their team home.
    • I see that Parra fans have sold out the opposition section already. I think we could have quite a few people there, many are probably locals.
  • It will be less of an advantage, as with the finals, referring decisions are extra crucial, meaning crowd penalties are less probable.

Also, dumb ass referees Luke Henry Penarana, who jump at the crowds every whimper, are away on mad monday holidays
  • All the out of Sydney teams have a huge advantage with their home grounds. Whereas a lot of Sydney teams get diverted to ANZ  and Allianz. It would have been interesting  if Saints had been allowed to play their vital game against the Dogs at Kogarah.

  • We will just have to be carefull we aren't intimidated by the bloke ringing the bell and the lady blowing the air horn . They're ruthless down there with their intimidation .

Has anyone here been to AAMI ? It's hilarious seeing their supporters . They're a different breed , mostly wearing home knitted scarf's and beanies and it's not uncommon to see someone knitting in the stands . The blokes are Cider drinking wankers who'll leave there and go and find the nearest coffee shop to sit and discuss how much fossil fuels the stadium uses .

Honestly , their supporters aren't going to intimidate anyone or away the decisions . Cam Smith on the other hand will have it all over the referees .
    • I dunno Wiz, a naked Molly Meldrum would sure intimidate me... (he's their no.1 ticket holder)

  • The eels just put 50 on the broncos at their home ground so I don't see our guys being overwhelmed by the Storm home venue. Not as vocal are these AFL fans who decided to go check out this game called rugby league.

  • The bigger advantage is that they're Melbourne Storm

  • Our record there is 2 wins and 3 losses. Play our best and we may get em
