I find that any try scored by parra is always sent to the video ref when an opposition try is sent up to the video ref its always called a try its ridiculous that last nights panthers no try was sent up to the video ref as a try and was clearly not, the refs seem to be guessing on a decision when they clearly didn't see what happened this has happened on a number of occasions and in particular the warriors golden point win if that try was sent up as no try it would have been disallowed its only a matter of time before it costs us again also we seem to get penalised a lot for strips that are loose carries the refs cant see the strip and just guess that it was a strip because the balls on the ground that cost us at least two penalties last night that lead to try's all we want is a fair go and we will win more than we loose.

Good points Dean. How they could rule the Penrith no try as a possible try is almost unbelievable. Three of Penrith's run of 5 straight penalties were on dubious strips. The last one was ridiculous. With four Eels in the tackle, there is no way the ref could have seen a strip. The speed with which the ball came out suggested a knock on. Yet the ref could not wait to blow the penalty. Daniel Anderson needs to book a Monday or Tuesday session every week with the ref's boss to go over our matches.
Monday or Tuesday? With how terrible the refs are you'd need to book the entire week to discuss their inconsistencies.
Really disgustingly bad officiating there. What a shocker.
So it wasn't a dropped ball at all.
The video ref must have called it a dropped ball as it was a 20m restart. Hoppa grounded the ball to be on the safe side so if it was a one on one strip, it would have been a restart under the posts. It was a dropped ball alright, plain as day.
