Yes, yes and yes.
One could even include Sterlo who retired before he wanted (albeit only a year or so) to due to shoulder probs.
I suppose mental health falls under this category, im going to say Tim Smith, imo the most sublime and talented youngster we have ever had, on a good day he was a freak, Sterlo said he was the most talented young kid he has ever seen, i totally agree, real shame he had a few personal dramas.
Adam Ritson was a huge loss, wasnt here for long before he was forced to retire.
Yep I was going to say Smith as well. Boy he was impressive when he was on. Such a shame.
ure to blame for timmy's demise, slipping him mickies in his drink!
Ritson was a tragedy !
the most sublime and talented youngster we have ever had - fair enough, that's your opinion - but i disagree
Yes the "between the ears" dramas certainly curtailed his career
but seriously. Kenny Grothe Ella and Sterlo were miles ahead as "talented youngsters" - Sterlo in particular got picked in First Grade as a 16yo - injuries forced the move - but a SMALL 16yo Sterlo in First Grade against manly in a Semi Final at the SCG just cannot be beaten as "the most sublime and talented youngster we have ever had"
