There has been a rolling thread about AI usage, on a blog obviously written by AI. The debate was missing the opinion of many folks here who i would like to hear from.
Q:: Should Ai output be allowed on !EE for images and/or text? If allowed is attribution a must for you?
and If you don't give a fuck and wish i would shut my flapping mouth-hole....say that. (I won't bite or hold it against you)

I take that as a compliment... I must have some decent writing skills if you're so certain it's AI.
Randy, did AI take your job? You've been persistently talking crap about it for a week now, and while I agree there are some disadvantages the advantages outweigh them ten-fold. I suggest you try accept it as a tool.

I'm not a big fan but can understand why some people love it. I'd say I'm a bit more old school when it comes to AI, I've seen Terminator way too many times and don't want it fast-tracked into normalisation. I really don't get the appeal to use it to post on a forum, it seems contrary to the whole point. I'm not on here to hear from a bunch of bots. I'm in my 40's and feel this is the first time in my life that I can sense that my view is rapidly becoming that of a stubborn old fool who is inevitably going to be left behind when using it becomes the expected norm. I just can't bring myself to actively engage with it if I can avoid it.
I'm actually ok with people posting the AI generated images, they're generally easy to identify and amusing.

Anyone who can't put their thoughts in a concise message (blog or comment) about Parra, footy in general or other matters on this site, without the use of AI needs to go back to English classes at school.
If English isn't their first language, I'd prefer they wrote in their mother tongue and the 1EE brethren (that inc females) can guess what the blog is about and offer random comments based on that.
Of course, Google Translate will get a flogging.
