How good was that Grand Final?

I'm a die hard Eels fan from the day I first arrived in this stunning country and always will be but tonight...tonight I saw a champion team, two bloody good teams play tonight and gave us entertainment. Though I wasn't that keen on Barnes and co but it still revved up the crowd and the game kicked started. AFL was crap. Entertainment: crap. Game? Crap and boring. Tonight's match showed that NRL is now on the rise, especfially when it had two QLD teams in for the first time, two Indigenous captains, and a bumper crowd. Well done to both Broncs and Cowboys and to NRL for a great entertainment. Go parra!

I prayed to see Blue & Gold lift the trophy again....... guess I will need to be more specific in my future prayers

  I'd add Cory Parker to that list ahead of JT. Bronco's defence was just outstanding....missed a premiership by one play

Brilliant grand final!!! If the Cowboys didn't it would have been a terrible grand final!

Never been less frustrated at watching an nrl game. Eels couldn't even compete at this level.

  Yep, SKD thought he'd sewn up "Blooper of the Year" only to have it snatched from his fingers by an "after normal season time" cracker by Ben. Feel sorry for him, SKD was probably a more worthy winner.
