This heading is probably something we don't like admitting to. Yes it implies criticism but I don't want to start looking for blame or scapegoats, just accept it and move on. The main issue in my mind is the "Pezet" experiment.....it hasn't worked…

As he has been ruled out for the season, we will get cap relief.
Unfortunately, there isn't much in the way of quality forward's to replace him
They will just bring D'bellend back into the first grade squad.
Cap relief is of no use to us. We can't seem to sign anyone that's worth the money.
Well maybe Moretti comes in, De Belin might get a look in as well. Bad news but gives chance for someone else to get a look in.

Hoppy, out for the year. I'm not so sure we have the fowards required from this point on. Lose 1 more middle and we are in all sorts. The way teams are carving us up in the first 20minutes straight down the Middle is of huge concern. The Riff next week will be ruthless.
It really is time for the recruitment team to help out and get a some quality signings over the line, even if it's for next year etc.
Xerri improves our backline straight up, both in stiff defence and running hard from the back. I'm actually very concerned about next weeks game.
Time to move Teacum Brown and Moretti into the side start blooding guys now to see what they have.If they haven't well there's always cup.Terrible news for Hopgood there's a potential FG Captain in this guy.
Teacum is on a development deal this season so can't play first grade until mid season some time.
Unless given an exemption, with us losing Hopgood i believe it will be granted.
Doesn't help that Cup were so poor today, nobody put their hand up.
