Seems like the Eels a fighting against not just the other teams but the NRL with some of the ridiculous calls on the field
Keep it simple. Tuivaiti to replaces Hopgood, then Teancum or Moretti gets the bench spot.
Keep Kautoga and Williams on the edges and don't disrupt the team positions too much.
