hope we fly without hayne..........

this weekend is a big game for us, its coming down to the do or die situation to make the 8......... for me personally i would like to see our team fire without relying on the haynze to get us outta jail, and make that vital play...his the only player that has stood up in these situations the last month  and moi moi here and there...

i would love to see the likes of matteo, morts, tahu, keating brothers come up with the winning plays the weekend. they are more then capable and we need it now... we have the talent....

im predicting a big game from some1 other then the no1 this weekend and a charge into the 8 in the back end of the season...........

morts 4 man of the match........

cmon u mighty eels fire up, up there friday night!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • just stand deeper in attack, simple. and that will give Tahu more space and things will happen.
  • com'on dudes, play like a team... exactly right.
  • Bring Inu into centre as well.
Tahu one side and Inu on other would give any team troubles.

I have noticed that Inu does come into centre and push Reddy to wing quite a bit lately.
    Wonder if it is deliberate.
  • i have notices that 2. im gonna miss inu next year even though he has been heavily critisised..... he will be missed on my part.....
  • For mine in the cowboys game a few weeks back, Hayne stepped back a bit, and let the halves control the team more. He was the one receving the pass/offload or jumping or the kick more often, which I thought worked well.

Unfortunately the next week we got down early against penrith and Hayne felt he had to take control, and was constantly in at first receiver, thankfully it worked in that game. He continued this against the dogs and easts to a degree.

I think in attack at least we need to look at how we played that cowboys game, where Hayne gets into first receiver every now and then but ultimately the halves control the team and he is their target to hit with good ball.

    Just my humble thoughts.
  • his definetly more affective when he injects himself here and there rather then him being in at first reciever everytime......
his of the bat plays are the go not sset plays......... IMO
  • He just had a handful of bad games early in the season and people bagged him out. They don't even care when he does play good. I will miss him soooooooooooo much.
  • Start Mateo on the bench, he is the so called x factor that parra have been missing all season. Even his biggest fan must admit he has been very ordinary this year, way too many bad plays no-where near enough good plays.
Wasn't he coming off the bench last year during THAT run of wins?
