For whatever reason Hoffman has dropped out and Auva'a replaces him. Not sure whether he has reinjured his knee, has been dropped to Wenty or needs more rehab. Since Auva'a returned last week with Wenty he probably was the safer option for this game anyway. Frank the Tank has dropped off the extended bench and Ma'u remains even though he was injured last game. Gower and Terepo are on the shorten extended bench.

To the right wing replacing Hoffman and Frenchy to FB.
Auva'a has had a couple of games back from injury in wenty, whilst Hoff is just coming back and may not be 100 %
Thanks Chief. I'd prefer to have Auva'a due to his size and power as he returns the ball from the red zone like an extra backrower. Hoffman needs to spend several games with Wenty before being considered for the top grade. For morale reasons I think it is good for the younger guys to see the experienced guys return from injury with Wenty as opposed to being rushed straight back into first grade after having serious injuries.
While i think Hoffman shouldn't come back until he is ready and maybe play a week in Wenty
After that you are just hurting the NRL teams chances by playing a lesser player for the sake of saving the egos of a few thin skinned players.
If they can't handle the fact that better players play 1st grade then they don't have what it takes to play 1st grade.
If Auvaa kills it this week then keep Hoffman out but play your best 17 each week.
