Anyone know how to fix a DRY STOOL issue

put something up there to mash it up, maybe even some digital penetration to break up the blockage, maybe some sort of long rod to push in and out with some type of aqua nozel, maybe even a warm milk enema.
Do the warm milk enema and find a trampoline to create a milkshake, then bend and unload.

apart from Snake the other person worth consulting is Bill Slater's lawyer. If anyone can get a dried up turd out of a fix, its him.
I usually wipe it with a dry cloth to actually dry it, maybe use a bit of Mr Muscle if people have spilled drinks or food on it, then just use a paper towel to dry it off. I don't know why you'd want a wet stool, it would soak through your pants.
