If one goes, Parra should make a play for George Williams or even Blake Taffe. Hearing Taffe wants a release from Soufs... would be very handy in the halves or fullback (push Gutho into the halves). Much better than the JA option we have
Rather Mosses stay. A team needs a General and a goal kicker. A young running 5/8 playing alongside an experience halfback would be easier to replace. Also DB have said in the past he would consider Rugby All Blacks one day.

It really would surprise me if moses left for a bit more money, at this stage in his career when he has finally established himself as a top 5 half-back in the competition (probably top3) and found consistent form it would be a bit risky to go somewhere else and start again.
