Hayne Named Game's Best

Jarryd Hayne has been voted the best player in the NRL by 100 fellow players in a poll, appearing in Rugby League Week.

The Eels fullback polled 30% of the votes, 9% ahead of Johnathan Thurston. Hayne failed to garner a single vote in 2011, 2012 and 2013 but has now added another award to his growing list.

      I think Norman can control a game at 7 and Hopoate at 1 is mouth watering.
      A spine of Hopoate, Hayne, Norman and Peats next year has me teary.

      They didn't mention the figures for the game's biggest princess. Maybe there is something to this.

    I honestly don't think Hayne wants to play @ 6. I think his preferred position is FB. If you move Hayne to 6, ideally who would you want @ 7?
