Jumped onto Twitter this morning when I came across a tweet made by Hayne, basically confirming that he won’t be returning to the blue and gold for the 2019 season, whether or not he is trolling we won’t know but looks like for all money Jarryd is moving on. Personally would have liked to see him stay at the club for nostalgic reasons but it looks as though the club believes it’s Better to part ways.

Theres a stand off, hes not permitted back to training until he has a contract.
It doesnt look good for both parties, im hearing JH wants 700k and we dont want to pay it, not sure how true that rumour is but its doing the rounds.
I honestly think we can do without him, he was here this year we still came last, i cant see him being our saviour next year, next year looks like its going to be a very unstable year player wise, when that happens combined with all the rest of the drama at the club, i can see it creating the perfect storm next year.
Bottom 4 regardless of it jarryds here or gone so we might as well get his energy and baggage out of the club imo.
Let’s hope that’s all it is buddy, was great for us in the latter stages of this season! Although if the 700k price-tag is true, it’ll be difficult to sign Hayne knowing how injury prone he can be.
He is the biggest whinger in the nrl. Always trys to get the sympathy vote by playing it over social media.
Maybe if he was so committed to Parra he wouldnt ask for an overly inflated price and he would simply say ok Parra lets get it done.
Not really the type of person i want my son looking up to
He would be loving missing out on training. His never been known as a great or enthusiastic trainer.
Bit of a shame that Hayne is being treated this way! Disgraceful really! Hayne was the only bright light in 2018 and given the fact he only played a handful of games it's not looking good for 2019 with them amount of 'has been' players in the 2019 roster!
How do you know what way he is being treated though? Maybe he has been offered a contract, just not one of the amount he was hoping for? Maybe it was all we could squeeze in the cap. If that is the case, then it would be a shame Hayne is treating the club that way instead.
