Before you all jump down my throat, I will firstly say that if we were full strength tonight and we still produced that effort, I would have torn into the players and BA like you all are. I agree we were bad tonight, but you guys seriously need to put things into perspective. With the players we have injured we now have the worst roster in the comp by a large margin. Fair enough all teams have injury woes. The Panthers have it just as bad as us. But at least they have Soward who can control their game. We have Kelly. He is worse than awful. He's not even reserve grade standard. So I don't see the problem as really an attitude problem or a lack of desire to compete. Our depth it totally exhausted. With the cattle we have we simply lack the capacity to play any semblance of good effective footy.
P.S. There is one player who is definitely not displaying any desire to compete, and that is Lussick. He doesn't want to be here. If the salary cap allowed it I would drop him and bring in Nelson.

I hope you have a long and healthy life.
We weren't bad tonight. We were good in the first half and in the second half the Titans were better.
No Hayne, Sandow, Norman, Watmough, Hopoate.....and that's not everyone. We had no chance.
We were all over their forwards in first half then we drop the intensity, give stupid penalties away and play them back into the game.
One repeat set all game, how do you build pressure when we are defending 7 tackles every time we get down their end???
We can play decent footy when things go our way but as soon as we have a few calls go against us, we drop our heads and fold under the pressure.
Hope we can regroup before Saturday or things are gonna get ugly even against a depleted Panthers team!
So you agree. We had no halves.
We're down on confidence, our halves can't direct or create any enterprising play, and we simply don't have a team that can play for 80 mins, both mentally and physically. Even if we get to the lead, we can't manage the game and grind to victory. We don't know how. At this point in time, the fundamental problem is that we simply lack the capacity to match other teams, let alone overcoming them and defeating them.
We had a backup half and a manufactured half. We definitely struggled for playmaking on the edges.
Kelly would be able to support either Norman or Foran if needed, but he shouldn't have to be the number one half. He's just a backup. He's been defending well and kicking okay.
so we a 1/4. 1/2 x 1/2
