"No worries mate, I always enjoy your challenges and learn by them as well."
"Thanks Cappy and Daz,
When reading your first list of duties Cappy, I could not but think "motherhoods".
I am a bit out of it these days, so I am sure my thinking doesn't suit current objectives and processes in the executive management scene. I say…"

Cowboys made sure to let him go this morning so he couldn't face them 🤣🤣🤣
Mark O’Neill in the Kellyville offices this morning !
We need to chill just a bit. These kinds of signings don't affect your ability to sign big name players. That's the issue. We don't have a lot of top end talent in the roster. But that's a separate problem to this. Our middles have been destroyed this year and we need to build some depth. Am I excited about this signing? No. But am I losing sleep over it? No. The fact he can cover at hooker is obviously a big draw card for this signing. Ryley has been carrying this injury all year. Who knows how long it will linger.
All our really good juniors are at least a year away. Petrus, Konia, Ryda, Visconti etc. Brown is the only one in cup who is probably ready, but has only had about 2-3 very good games in cup. The rest were still average as this is his first year playing against men.
I agree mate, he will do a role and fill a void. hes mobile, conditioned to playing NRL (not throwing a junior into the cauldon before they are ready) and reasonable good defender.
Across his NRL career, his tackle efficiency sits around 92.4% with Doggies & 93.7% with Cowboys.
Eels95, even though he's not a great Hooker he can play it somewhat if desperate. Would rather that than someone like Hudson or Coinakis when nowhere near ready. Edwards at Hooker if needed is ok as he can defend ok as well and has 57 NRL games.
Spencer & Liam Martin at all cost. You want to be competitive, these two will take you a long way. Let's stop mucking around with rejects.
Spencer can get this year but Martin no.
This is break glass for this year. Those panicking bring up names that realistically we won't get this year need to relax. Edwards is not signed to start full-time.
Saying mucking around with rejects when he is mid year is not right. Are we really going to get Martin this year? Are we going to get any quality except maybe Leniu this year?
Iv heard we will be throwing shuster a life line next year
I hope he goes well for us and we need players but I hope this is just the start and some big names are coming we desperately need at least 2 elite signings for next year
I don't mind him as a 1.5 year signing for hooker back up next year. In the current game, it's difficult for hookers to play a full 80 and a versatile backup like him would be well suited.
