Yeah I think fullback is a young mans game now. You need to have that explosive speed. Ryles knows this. A few years ago Gutho would have pushed that player over the sideline easily.
Gutherson has had a magnificent season with the Dragons, no need to draw comparisons and it was not Ryles choice for him to go, it was Gutho's .....you have lost the plot Chiefy.

He has been good, kind of what St. George need at the moment. But there is no denying that moment showed too he is declining. Gutho in 2022 for example makes that tackle.
But had been good this year.
Grow up, he got stepped once and has been great for the Dragons all year.

2022 Gutho makes that tackle, and he saved more tries than he could. The thing is his body is aging and his work rate is still there he's just not at that level he use to be back in 2017-2023. That was his best years and probably my favrioute players to play for the club. How about we put respect on his name, because of him we won most of the games we should have lost. He wore the jersey with pride on and off the field, contract this and that. Footy is a small career take the money as a player while you can.
