  We'd have an extra $250k and wouldn't have lost anything except for kicks that go straight to the opposition and a lack of direction.
  
  As for Grothe, good on him. If they can offer more than we will (if we are offering anything) then he should take it. He's missed half the year through injury, and looks like he may not play again this year. Grothe is one of my favourites but he is getting on in years and injuries are plaguing him.

    And with all this discussion on whether Parra should go after Barrett, Ferguson,Tupou and Ricky Stuart, it seems some of you are wanting our sloppy seconds....It'll be like a never-ending circle.....hahaha.Oh well, share and share alike.

  Sad to see a favourite son like Grothe leave but if he is going to spend all seaon on the sideline then better spend the money elsewhere.With all the players going we should have plenty to spend on new talent.

    Totally agree - the only other half making anywhere this number of tackles is Hodgkinson at Manly.

  Bulldogs must have a expandable salary cap for 2011
