Good and bad guys of the game

Has anyone had the experience of meeting some really nice players and some horrible players. When I was younger I got heaps of signatures off Parra players and the nicest players I met were Luke Burt, Daniel Wagon and Daniel Irvine (believe it or not), while Adam Dykes, Shayne Dunley and Craig Stapleton were the most uncomfortable players to get signatures off and didn't give anyone the time of day. After Origin II I also got to welcome back NSW from there win and bumped into a few in elevators. Gallen was nice, Tamou and Dugan were awesome and Hodkinson was the nicest one out of them as was Merrin, Morris brothers and pretty much all the players bar Farah and Jennings. Farah I saw at the star, and said hello and shook his hand and said "thanks" and walked away, while Morris brothers were fantastic. And last but not least Laurie Daley was the nicest coach ive ever met and just a true gentleman and had time for everyone. Burt and Daley are the best players I have met. How about you?, everyone must have met nice and not nice players

  • When my son (now 17) was a baby I asked Gorden Tallis if would hold Kevin for a picture. Tallis was stoked when he told the other players around him Kevin smiled at him. I thought that was nice.

  • I have met quite a few players,
Most parra players or ex parra players are really nice like.
    Hayne
    Mortimer
    Moi moi
    Robson
    Burt
    Hindmarsh
    Andrew Ryan
Bob O Riley (this man is the nicest I have met he actually bought me a member ship package)
    Mick Vella
There are also a few players that are grubs on the field but nice off the field.
    Slater
    J. Renyolds
The Fifita brothers are not nice
    Either is Maloney.
  • best footy players i've met, preston Campbell and luke lewis when they played for Penrith

dan Mortimer halfway through eating a kebab to take pictures with everyone after the game lol,

jeff robson asked me if I could help find his wife lost in the crowd after a game haha.

Justin poore was actually a good bloke got his autograph after a game and one of his family members said "that's gotta be one of the first ones all season"

hazem el masri, peter wynn, ben smith, Nathan blacklock, luke rooney and willie mason is actually an awesome bloke.

jarryd hayne may be a great player and I understand he's frustration over signing autographs and stuff but I've spoken to him a few times and he is very arrogant, maybe he is shy but he comes across as an asshole.

    • Jeffs a great bloke, from Leeton where I live, played for the Galloping Greenies
    • I saw Jarryd in 2012 coming out of a training session. Said he was in a hurry but ended up sticking around for 20 minutes, signing autographs and taking pictures. A top bloke every time I've met him.

  • Stan Jurd. Top Aussie bloke.
  • LOL

  • I met Timmy Mannah one day at church, he tried to attack me...

    • Probably reads all the crap you write about him.Corey Norman is waiting for you in the car park btw
  • The one that sticks out as a total C... Of a human being is Ennis, seen him at a trial game in 2011 dogs vs raiders in Wagga Wagga, whole Raiders team was nice as pie, I talked to Jim Dymock for about 10 mins then asked Ennis for his signature ( after he signed about a dozen teenage girls shirts etc) and he said tough luck this time big fella, I said come on it takes 2 seconds, he tolds me to shove it, I said hey f...tard next time tell Hindy to put a couple on ya chin from me, he didnt like that, Jimmy put his hand on my shoulder and said that will do with a big grin

"Yep Talking Parra had Tuilagi and Pezet at 9.5 and felt that was too high considering both had issues during the game, particularly the first 25 mins."
