Let's go Big Don.
How good is a good ol' fashioned offseason politics thread. Especially when it's not even our elections.
Trump will win and Australia will follow suit and toss these lefty money burning bastards out , and we will all live happily ever after in our young boomer homes with our young boomer money. I'm after a tennant for our rental actually in the Gong if anyone wants to pay a massive amount of rent to me 😂. And the younger generation with their leftist entitlement thinking brains can sook and moan about how their 3 grand phone screens are showing them their empty bank accounts .
Yeaaa haaaaaw

You will be rooted when they meddle with negative gearing lol. Nah they won't do that, political suicide. I don't think residential property is all that great an investment though, Australian's seem obsessed with it for some reason.
Bought for 290k in 2009 probs made 500k off it and really spent zero on it. Cant beat property mate . Safe as houses as long as you stay within your means. Hooked in while rates were low. Having that allowed us to spend heaps on this one and claim the work 🤙🤙
Lefties are a cancer Wiz , I have a feeling that if Trump wns the great Snake could make a appearance .
Where I live, this person bought a property for 1.4mill in 2021 sold last week for 2.8mill....stock standard house on 800sqm. He's over the moon.
But property is not that great of a investment according to some 🤣🤣🤣 .
Land is gold!!!
Hate to break it to you bud but it's all going to zero lol That fall back from The moon will be killer. Greed won't be so good 😝 bitcoin is where its @. Fiat is done
The pandemic was a fantastic opportunity to get ahead hey. We spent two years living off the rental income from our investment property and the small amount of money my wife made. My income from mining all went into paying it off. Then covid was over, rental demand went through the roof and we have cashed in ever since. It's a good steady income but it doesn't compare to shares in my view. Diversification is also pretty important.
Any shares recommendations mate ? Always keen to hear of some hot tips ?
No hot tips, slow and steady wins the race with investing.
