    Not really I'm looking for a legal angle to expose clubs TPA totals not what every players getting but clubs themselves TPA totals. Do you have a problem with that?

    There's also harassment . I'm sure a couple of Queens Council could find a loophole.

    Not discrimination but I think, like the NFL all player's contracts should be made public. It's the only way to get transparency.
    Eg) If we can all see that say, Sam Burgess is only on $500k at Souths then public opinion will demand closer scrutiny and TPA's will be looked at more closely.

    We've lost the trial by media. We've lost the trial by public opinion. Let's hope we win the one that counts. The only way to prevent the NRL bowing to the media and public is to win it in the courts.

  So you think the nrl are unfairly discriminating against us and calling us cheats because we are lower class and not the fact that they have evidence showing that we have in fact cheated??
