    • Combinations of both I feel EA, the new rules will make 6 agains look to be much higher than last year.....I don't like it but dont have the answer's either. Yes it makes the game faster and 6 agains will (i believe) make them more seemless and actually just something we become acustomed to.......maybe?

  • Gone are the days when Jack Cini and Werimu greg were our most hopeful.

Great to see the development players carry it through to the second half

    Teancum Brown

    Joash

    Talititiana

    Richard Penasini

    Apa Twidle

    The list can go on

Teancum Brown my pick of the bunch.  He'll get his debut jersey very soon

Twidle could get a run aswell very impressive.

    • Same, looks like a fit Talakai

    • Idk how Tuaviti is that large of a human at his age🤣

      • Both Tuivaiti and Brown great size.  Ryda Talagi a huge human aswell,  unlucky to get a knock

        • Impressive also that Brown made 37 tackles missing only 2.

Richard Penisini has some size about him. His overall PCM was over 50% of his total made. Looked dangerous.

        • In contrast, our ex-Brown's start to his new tenure was described as "quiet & underwhelming" for 1.4 meelion dollars

  • I wouldn't rule Api out of playing as a utility across the back line

EA will know but im pretty sure hes played some 5/8

    • Yea he has played some 5/8. But FB is easily his best spot

  • Sam Moa take a bow I loved our physicality and defensive contact the whole game.

All but a TDS poor defensive read we hold the sharks to zip.

13/15 with the ball 2 handling errors and the above is now the benchmark it's exactly the type of stats you build your side around and take some confidence down to Melbourne. This has to be the floor if we want consistency.

We now have depth within the club which is great to see.Tuivaiti looks like he's grown this off season and looks like he could really adds some impetus in the middle of the park.In saying that though I saw it again when he gets tired he'll get targeted like he did tonight missed on the repeated effort.Seen this before.

TDS I don't know man you haven't got me convinced yet.

The big units coming on all added something in attack and defense I thought as above there's definitely depth and if they stay on track we could have a devastating pack in a year or 3.

Defensive effort can't be questioned tonight for the most part I loved the inside pressure and the first up contact which really secures the edges love it.

Errors were to a minimum again this performance has to be our floor not our ceiling.

Great first hit out it leaves you wanting to see more.
