Well, we now know why French's form has been poor since he returned from that knee injury. If BA keeps French a fullback in front of Gutherson than he has lost me. Fullback runs more metres then any other player and the fullback needs to be agile and able to turn quickly and accelerate and French may never be able to do that again, at least in the short term.

I reckon its been made public so soften the fall for Bev when hes moved out of the team very soon, i dont think he will be at FB today and he doesnt have the defensive game for wing so its just a matter of time before his weaknesses are exploited out there.
Sounds like BA bought him back WAY too early because he doesnt sound confident at all in his knee.
Bev should be back in Wenty for the rest of the year, hes only young, plenty of time.
Like what Snake stated, probably to make it public to explain why French was dropped from fullback and possibly out of the team at a later date. It is better to get in front of it, then being reactive.
Glad you guys are not picking the side..
SACK FRENCH!!
Lets hope he doesn't end up like Watmough with chronic PCL injury that wasn't promptly operated on.
Still has his speed, nice try off the Moses kick, dont think Hoffman could have scored that one.
