During the press conference tonight, BA and Foran both mentioned that this week he was able to have 2 training sessions, the only other time this year Foz has had 2 training sessions in the week leading into the game was against the Dogs.
The combined result
56-12
Which is over half of the 106 points Parra have scored this year.
I realise it's not exactly rocket surgery that the team being able to train together more lets them play better but it does highlight how new Norman and Foran still are to playing together, due to Foran's early season injury issues.

How the hell he just slots in and direcst the players like he did today is beyond me.
He said he'll be back to full-time training after the Manly game.
That was kinda my point
This week he was able to have 2 training sessions
just like in the lead up to the Dogs game
and those were the two games Parra has looked the best with the ball.
In the other weeks he has only had the captains run (if that)
and it shows out on the field even if it is only 1 more training session, and based on that imagine what would be possible with a full weeks worth of sessions
Well Manly can still complain about the travel disadvantaging them more
but next Thursday will still be a lot fairing then when 1 team has a 5 day turnaround and the other has 7 or 8 days
I have never heard of Rocket Surgery
But for me we also did other things, representing an adjustment in our attacking structure. We played deeper on the left, allowing Ma'u to run into the ball more. Also, Gordon was out the back, not quite a sweeper role, but as a support runner. Foz and Norman ran right to the line. Overall, we treated Jennings and Ma'u as the runners they are. The commentators noted Austin and Leilua (Sp?) were all at sea, unsure whether to slide in to cover Ma'u or out to cover Jennings. But on replay you can also see the winger with all eyes on Semi, thus staying out (expecting the cut out ball to Semi, like last year).
Overall, that structure is simplicity personified. Everyone runs their channel at full speed. But three of those runners, Ma'u, Jennings and Semi, have to be double-teamed in defense, so do the numbers. Gaps will happen. We need to stop complaining about Semi getting the ball, because the fact Semi is so dangerous and Norman is so good with cut outs is going to keep wingers from jamming in, this always creating space.
If our left side continues to play like they did against the Raiders, our attacking woes will be distant memories.
