just wondering if anyone may be able to help. I've tried calling the membership team numerous times with no answers. I've purchased a 6 game flexi general admission. Does anyone know if your fine to just rock up to the 6 games of your choice or do you need to log in and select games through Ticketmaster ?
Have tried the later but having difficulty on Ticketmaster parra portal letting me select any games. Any help would be much appreciated

I'm pretty sure you have to pre book each game. My mate has a knights one and he said you have to pre book, how you go about it I'm not sure.

sure it will be the same. You must nominate and choose the games first- download seats / tickets.
My advice is to call tomorrow asap to ensure you can get seats! They're always v helpful
Hi mate, I have a 6 game flexi membership too. If you're just general admission, I eas told by the membership team that you can just rock up to whichever games you choose. As long as you have your card, you should be able to swipe it and get in.
Ive done the 6 game for the last couple of years. You just rock up to any 6 games

Please follow the below step by step process for ticket redemption below.
Step 1: Log into to the 'My Events' page on your Parramatta Eels Account Manager portal using your account credentials - https://am.ticketmaster.com/parraeels/my-events
Step 2: Select your game choice. You have the number of game entitlements available to you that you purchased when buying your Membership. For example, if you purchased a four (4) Game Flexi Membership, then you will have four (4) game entitlements to redeem. To select a choice click View Event Details on the Exchange for Game Choice tile. Repeat this process for each game selection.
Step 3: On the next page, click 'Exchange' (located in top right corner).
Step 4: On the next page, select each ticket/s (marked as ‘TBC’) that you would like to redeem. Once selected, click Continue to view the available games.
Step 5: On the next page, select the game you wish to attend to continue selecting your seats.
Step 6: When the seat map appears, select your desired section and seat/s. Seat/s will be added to the cart. Select ‘Continue’ in the cart to move to the checkout screen.
Step 7: Review your selection and click ‘Submit’.
Step 8: Accept the T&C’s under ‘Order Summary’ and click ‘Place Order’.
Step 9: You have successfully redeemed your ticket/s. In order to print your tickets, click ‘Go back to My Events’ in the middle of the screen.
Step 10: Select the game you just redeemed ticket/s for. On the next page, select 'Print' (located in top right hand corner).
Step 11: Select your seats that you redeemed earlier from the seat map and click 'Continue' (located in bottom right hand corner).
Step 12: Click ‘Print’ when the pop-up box appears. Your ticket will then download as a PDF file. You can now print this ticket to scan for entry at the game!
