It is ludicrous to change our coach who has finally been able to recruit and mold the team he wants.
10 months ago Ando was our hero. Where is the loyalty and respect? Is this how the team I support treat their people???
We have a bad year and some of it was because of the admin (Osbourne & Spagnolo) incompetence as well.

Ando should be allowed to follow thru his plans.
U got no idea.
The fact that he still has a year left on his contract, not to mention the fact that he has been given free reigns to put together a club of his choice, thus selling the players he doesn't want here, what's the point of sacking him when he's put in the hard yards already.
What if the new coach comes in, doesn't agree with what he has done, and gets rid of more players, or signs players we don't need?
I've stated on a number occasions that if we are going to get a new coach Kearney is the man.
He has been 2IC at the most well-drilled, professional, disciplined club for the past 5+ years. He has won a World Cup.
No he has not been a head coach, but every coach is at that point in their career at some time. And new coaches have a pretty good track record in the NRL.
He is a hire that plays to our strength, which is our massive base of junior Polynesian players.
So let's not cut down the bloke because your not happy about the decision to appoint someone else.
How can a coach who exceeded everybody's expectations last year to make a GF suddenly be a considered inferior to an unproven rookie who is been given these enormous wraps based on his association with Bellamy and his cultural heritage.
I disagree with you 1eyed on this. Ando has instilled the mongrel in the team we lacked under hagan and he needs to be given the opportunity to execute his 3year plan.
