NRL referees' boss Robert Finch is fuming the wrong player got sin-binned in Parramatta's 22-8 win over South Sydney yesterday, saying the decision was unacceptable.

There should have been no use of the sin bin for mine. The sin bin should only be used in instances of a 1. a serious professional foul that prevents a scoring opportunity or 2. repeated less serious professional infringments.
You shoudn't use the bin when the penalties are for different types of infringements, like a high shot and then an offside penalty and then a rake etc.
