Fears for Ferguson

Fears for Ferguson

The Eels are keeping a close eye on Blake Ferguson. The former Origin winger has been going through some big off-field issues that have affected his family life. There was speculation this week he was in rehab, but the Eels have denied that. They don’t deny he has problems he needs to work through. Ferguson is off-contract at the end of next year and has been told he is not part of the club’s long-term plans. Last year, he played a significant role in the try that decided the Origin series. This year he was not even in the mix.

Hope Fergo gets the help that he needs and gets back on a track soon. Never good to hear someone going down a bit of a rough path in there life

  • Still can't believe what has been said about Gordon, I'm in total shock.

Fingers crossed everything is ok with Ferguson, that would probably explain the lean season he had.

    • Love your avatar

  • Hope he's ok and get the help he needs .

    Horrible signing .

  • Probably reads what people write about him on this site. That would send anyone to the nuthouse

  • Certainly hope Ferguson gets the help he needs. We are living in difficult times and there are many people doing it tough.

  • So what happened to the mentorship from Tony Mundine (Senior)?

Tony is an absolutely fantastic person and was credited with bringing Fergo back from the brink prior to him signing with the Eels.
