How are the Tigers under cap pressure? They've lost so many players over the past few years.
I believe they have got themselves into a position where practically their entire top 25 are coming off contract at the end of 2017 and they are looking at big upgrades to keep the likes of Teddy, Moses and that little halfback. I Still can't see how they could be under cap pressure either though - it's not like they have a roster of superstars.
As badly mismanaged as we were?
