Remember, DCE was helped by Brad Arthur at the Eagles and they had a strong bond. The Eagles have cleared plenty of room to keep DCE, but you cant help but think that Parramatta will always be better resourced than Manly.

I think Cherry would take the highest bid out there and there will be a few. Im sure Manly will clear the decks to keep him but you never know.
He wont leave Manly, the only chance is if he is not liked by his fellow team mates there, i know him and choc dont get along but i think it would take a lot more than that for him to leave.

What was actually on that projector screen? - Ricky's salary projections for five years, i.e. his 5-year plan.
Parramatta are over the salary cap at present. How could they spend a million bucks a year for one player? They would have to shed a fair few to accommodate him and that would really weaken the back up ranks.
That would mean about 2 players on $1m ea & another $800k-sure is a lot for just 3 players. TPA may help somewhat-come on premiership club just established by club that I assume is for this purpose.
Ben Hunt would be great and far less $.
Then we will definitely get Izzy Folau post WC.
