Stuff that, i can't affrod that due to this cost of living. Would rather spend the money to Vegas. I have been three times so the FOMO will be limited.

80th anniversary year ...41st anniversary of our last win ...21st anniversary of our last minor premiership ...9th anniversary of our last spoon ...5th anniversary of our last almost win.
Yeah, there is no better time.
Sadly, with this economic climate I can't see a big turnout of either Eels or Titans fans. Both bases have been starved of any success recently, so spending $5-10k to watch a game of footy is just not on the priority list. At least it will be an even match up for the fans that do travel.
I'll be watching it from home,. I've been to Vegas a few times now, and there's nothing really worth heading to the US for at the moment. I'd rather spend my earned biscuits elswhere.

Vegas thing to me is a gimick. Same as media glazing over how good Magic Round was this year, when the games were atrocious, same with Vegas. it is a massive media jerk off event. Free holiday.
Imagine if the club had the 1EE attitude: “Oh, we’re so crap, we shouldn’t go to Las Vegas like every other club.”
Might as well just forfeit the NRL licence. We almost lost it recently when fans had more decision making power.

Our love and loyalty of the Eels can outlive marriages and family members. I do wonder why...
My love and passion is always for Parra HOE, but I can tell you now I would not be forking out over $10k for a Vegas game; I would rather head to Brisbane for Magic round tbh.
To me its all piss and wind for one game / show on tv; and no doubt the players love the experience but I cannot justify the cost.
