  • Id say the fringe team will play in the first game, and the remainder will.battle it out for spots in the remaining two. Nothing to lose
  • Gee. Looks like some of naysayers jumped the gun on the number of trial matches.

    • Wait for it, now they will complain that 3 is to many as other clubs have 2 despite the 1st match being ISP.

I'm not to concerned how many we have anyway.  Most regular 1st grade players only play in 1 match and usually only half the match anyway

  • I would be throwing the younger guys in and giving them a shot at it. Trying some different combinations
    • They always give plenty of players a run during trials and sometimes only a handful of first graders on at some stage during the game.

Under current squad rules though, if they are not in top 30 they are unlikely to be allowed to play during season.  I would rather see the combos that are likely to play given time.  I will be interested to see if Norman lines up at fullback or half.

  • I would be praying we have a better year next year

  • Is Dane Aukafolou still with the club next year? Does anyone know.
  • Chiefly, for someone who carries on incessantly about our juniors. Do you realise that Aukafalou did his ACL and won't be able to play or possibly train until June/Juky. Maybe that's one reason why he hasn't been seen, anyway, back to citicising.
  • Hope we get smashed for two reasons one is this year we flogged Newcastle and thought we are too good for everyone we are already premiers in feb and 2 nd time for ba to go early

"Absolutely that's where we are heading. Tuivati barnstorming run quick leg speed and play the ball, tds scoots out of dummy half finding Iongi in space under the posts. Not too dissimilar to big Nelson/Grant/Papenhausen.

"Ditto. They both have pace to burn through the middle of the ruck.
We had something similar when Gutho still had his legs at dummy half after a strong forward run and M. Jennings would run next to him and finish off during 2019-2020.
