Good player but misses more games than he plays.

Howarth wouldn't really cost much at all, prob be more depth then anything, he's struggling to even start at Storm. That's if we even get him. Best or Bostock should be main targets
He was in QLD Origin squad and on $600k at Melbourne. So doubt he costs much. We are not in a spot where we get players who are regular starters to come and just be a back-up.
How is he struggling to start? When fit, he always starts.
