The Pirtek Parramatta Eels Fan Day will be held this Sunday, February 28 in the heart of Parramatta, in Church Street Mall outside the Parramatta Town Hall, from 1.00pm to 3.00pm.
The Eels will be making a major announcement, involving CEO Paul Osborne, captain Nathan Cayless and club stalwart Nathan Hindmarsh, at 1.30pm on the main stage.
Celebrity guest Danny Green, a special performance by an Australian Idol and the entire Pirtek Parramatta Eels squad will make it a day not to miss.
For the kids there will be face painting, rides, clowns and a sausage sizzle, while the bigger kids will be entertained with a performance by last year’s Australia Idol contestant Nathan Brake, and an appearance by celebrity Eels’ fans including boxer Danny Green, Australian cricketer Nathan Bracken, Commonwealth Games gold medalist John Steffensen, world champion athlete Dani Samuels, and a message from a special guest via satellite.
The entire NRL squad will take part in a huge signing session, with selected players available to the media.

I'm pretty cut they didn't ask me to be one of the celebrities :-)
I don't think it will be a signing given Cayless and Hindmarsh will be on stage. I'm tipping that Pirtek is going to extend their contract.
Not saying Cayless is not as important but I think we would struggle a bit losing both players with that much experiece in the same year.
Special guest will be David Gallop to confirm such rumour. Hindmarsh and Cayless are both on stage to rehearse lifting the trophy. A job that they will perform on the first Sunday in October.
