Get Kautoga out of there and get Jaydn Sua, has been told to look elsewhere
Kautoga was great last year before injury. Unfortunately this year he struggles a bit because he needs to cover for Pezet being shit
His not up to it bro. Would much rather Sua
Agree, Kautoga showed some form towards the end of last year, but I can't see him becoming the elite player we need on the bench edge. Get Sua and have Kautoga as a bench or backup.
I fear Kautoga may have peaked. Decent line runner, can play 80 and is ok in defence. Has an error in his game and will have a new 6 again next year. But i feel his ceiling at the moment is being just a ok to good first grader.
That's not a bad squad.
Now St. George are officially a basket case, yet can get Keaon go figure, i would look at the Couchman boys.
But also, Keaon on Mansour's podcast said he wanted to play with Jaydn Su'A at same point as they are mates from Souths days. He nearly made the switch to St. George when Hook was there and Su'A signed, but backed out last minute and felt bad.
If Su'A goes, where does that leave Keaon other than having $1mil. Will he try to get out? Doubt it but never know. Tin foil hat, would it be smart to get Su'A in order to get Keaon as well? Bloody oath.
I'd go hard for getting the couchman boys, them plus Tuivati and Teacum brown we could be looking at a deadly pack add that with paulo and hopgood as old heads.
Couchman twins can really build around. Ryan on an edge and Toby up front. Now Saints new coach will try to keep them hard and they are local boys but Toby will play Origin soon, he will be worth big $$$.

I am not sure on Hopgood. Last year of his deal, he will start 2027 slow.
