    I reckon he goes alright and a good back up. How old is he? Only going to get better with experience.

    True but we'll probably only need him for a 20 minute burst here and there next year barring a huge injury toll. We have Mannah, Wicks, Vave, Terepo, Alvaro and possibly Brown (?) all ahead of him. He probably isn't on a whole lot and wouldn't be able to bargain for a big contract anyway so it's a good cheap, depth signing for us. If he can give us 20 minutes error free we don't need a great deal of impact, just make some tackles and give the others a rest.

    Considering he was 2nd tier on very modest money I think he was value for money.  Hasson was on top 25 money and he was selected in front of Hasson.

    Big Dave, Vave is an impact prop that comes on after the opening exchanges. That's where his value comes from, you need a workhorse to take the sting out of the early stages of a game.

  1 yr at the right price will give us time to see how Vave and possibly Brown work out.
