The Mole: Eels player 'disillusioned' by club's attempt to lure Zac Lomax in worrying twist
Morgan Harper had a fine debut for the Eels last weekend, but has told mates he has been left disillusioned by events of the past week.
The former Sea Eagle has been put off by Parra's quest for Zac Lomax and its plan to play him in the centres.
The Dragons shut down any potential move for Lomax - at least for the time being - on Monday, but the damage is already done in Harper's head after a week of headlines.
The speedy centre feels unappreciated after just one game in the blue and gold and will need some hugs in coming days to feel the love from his new club again.

Harper is a fringe nrl player at best lol. Not sure he'll even keep his spot once sivo in.
Disillusioned!?
We rescued this bloke from Manly reserves as a depth player for a while 1 year contract.
Who does he think he is, Reg Gasnier?
Lol
He's a homeless guys Reg Grundy
So he went from agreeing to go to Warrington as no other NRL club wanting him, to us coming in at the 11th hour and jumped at it to stay in Sydney to now feeling entitled for a spot? What if he is dropped once Sivo is back? What's he gonna do? Go to a new team?
Play good enough to change the clubs thinking, simple really.
Michael that is how recruitment should be. Is who you are buying better than what they are replacing. In this case, Lomax would be replacing Harper and Simonsson. So therefore it is good recruitment as Lomax is better than both of them.
Lomax is a future Immortal compared to Simonsson and Harper.
If we don't sign Lomax then Harper should keep the centre spot as he has far more upside to him than Simonsson does.
Wouldn't even say upside, more so just for the fact that Sivo will be better with Harper inside him.
Sivo will be better with Harper at centre over Simonsson because he is defensively better.
I would call that an upside.
He also runs more direct than Simonsson.
The only thing Simonsson has an edge on is speed although I don't think it's by much.
