Its a simple balance of hard heads and strong running type forwards - you only need to look at Melb / Dolhpins having a mix of players / background types in their pack. No doubt you are at the gym now....working out.

The salt and pepper mix is very important . You need the guys with the flamboyant skills but you also need the guys who'll dig deep and grind it out when the pill gets dropped .
The Polynesian guys are exciting and skillfull to watch, but you need your Beau Scott's to keep things starched in defence .
