Received my membership package today. However no cap with a mailing slip saying if you want your cap posted to yourself you have to pay $10.
Is that only those who want their caps posted. Are they still free if you pick them up at our first home game?

I'm not sure if you are allowed to form that opinion Mack.
Firstly, you must consider the financial position of the Eels and the resources they have at their disposal. It's also important to remember that we supposedly have more fans than the wealthy clubs so when it comes time to divvy up the fan packs well let's just say there had to be some cut backs.
Then you have to compare you're merchandise to that offered by rival clubs. It could come down to the toss of a coin?
Also consider that we are in a developmental phase at the Eels, and you can't expect too much straight away, that's not how it works. We have to be patient. If you wish to know more Pou will give you some guidance but don't be too hasty in forming your own opinion.
