Yeah, another back we're going to miss out on. one strike backline player away from winning a comp I reckon and we just can't seem to get one over the line.
Good as he isn't worth the drama and not that good. Don't know how much Xerri is on at the dogs but isn't getting game time so why not try and lure him, if he gets back near to where he was before being suspended he would be a great pick up and miles better than Lomax.
The issue is going to be giving up a forward we don't want to give up and that's not going to happen how we play.
If this year turns out not great we will start looking at offloading the likes of Paulo to get quality backs. We should have went for gems in lower grades but chose for experience and that's fine.
Only option now is to go for Oates, doesn't offer speed and is preferred left side but he is better than Russell.
I'd be surprised to see this happen, NAS is no mug, I'm thinking bulldogs actually. Lomax could still be in the frame if offered the centre and thereafter the fullback position in a year or so.
"Dont think we need TDS as Walker can fill the roll his playing as can play lock, center, in the halves and fill in as dummy half if Smith needs a rest. I'd have Tuivaiti as the other bench player as he would allow another interchange to spell…"
"I think our club believes we have enough outside backs. There have been numerous outside backs available over the last 6 months or so and we havnt been linked to any of them."
"I would normally think like that too Fitzy, but I'm hearing he is really chasing a home like club so he can enjoy his footy. Nothing like having an old mate as coach to help with the environment.
'Josh Addo Carr credits the Eels/ Ryles for him…"

Might as well give up on purchasing anyone from the NRL clubs. Might have to look to English clubs. Seems the NRL is too tainted with favourites

No chance NAS will leave a successful club like the storm to go to the dragons plus I don't think storm have enough quality props to give one up

But what front rower could Dogs offer? They need one themselves.
Thanks for circling the 2 comments. Wouldn't have known which to look out for otherwise.
No way in my mind Melbourne will let NOS go. They are pretty light on in forwards and NOS is by far their most damaging
It's wingers we need anyway.
