Parramatta are interested in Mitch Barnett. Now at 33 in 2027 and coming off ACL, good idea? Having Paulo and De Belin being 34 and 36 respectively is it good to have that much age?

We all know the history....what am I saying?....im saying there was a precedent.....I would not go after Mitch as a player unless he fell into our lap like Beau did....that 2017 year you referred he had lots of injuries but the difference he made on the field was hard to explain......
Did I say he wasn't very good? He played 44 games in 3 seasons. Average of 14 per season. His age got him in the end.

This competition has no weak teams, I think we can beat anyone on a given day, the consistency that will be required will be the real test.
Last season I was confident we could be a surprise and undo Melb, before the 4th round I had given up.....I still cannot figure out somethings' with Lomax wanting to leave i.e go by all means, but he jumped the gun wheras his co deserters waited and never asked for releases from their clubs. Why wasn't he happy and according to the rhetoric he offered himself back and we said NO!.....now I am convinced the way this is panned out that Lomax was the problem but Ryles handled Simmo doing something similar......one day the real truth may come out....its a pretty tight ship I reckon and the club seems very happy, the front office is firing, some are even coming around to MON.
